     Bahnberg Recruiting was founded out of a love for the transportation and logistics industry, discovered through experience across a variety of roles in these fields. Over years of working both well-suited and less-than-ideal jobs in the industry, I realized that there is an ideal career for everyone with the right team and the right job requirements.

 

​     My logistics and transportation expertise is shaped by a combined 10 years of hands-on experience across Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized organizations, and family-owned businesses. Through roles in refrigerated freight truck driving, flatbed, dry-van, personal transportation, final mile delivery, and warehouse operations, I have developed a broad understanding of the transportation and logistics industry from multiple operational perspectives. This diverse background enables me to understand how drivers, warehouse teams, dispatch, equipment, customer service, and management work together to support safe, efficient, and reliable supply-chain operations.

     It is my mission to find hiring companies and candidates the best employment alliance possible to ensure that everyone I work with enjoys a better life.
