About

     Bahnberg Recruiting was founded out of a love for the transportation and logistics industry, discovered through experience across a variety of roles in these fields. Over years of working both well-suited and less-than-ideal jobs in the industry, I realized that there is an ideal career for everyone with the right team and the right job requirements.

     While working as a reefer driver delivering food products in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I discovered my niche: fewer deliveries per day, heavier loads per stop (unloaded manually), and a 300-mile delivery radius that allowed me to be home every night while still offering a sense of daily adventure. I also appreciated having a well-equipped reefer to cool off in while loading my next dolly or pallet-a true blessing on hot days. In that role, I found a calling, working with coworkers and management I connected with, and performing job duties that aligned naturally with my strengths. Although I am no longer in that position, the experience inspired me to start this business.
